Florida Marlins fans have a number of star prospects to watch with the Mesa Solar Sox, none bigger than the duo of Mike Stanton and Matt Dominguez. Third baseman Josh Vitter hopes to make the Cubs big league roster soon while the Marlins are giving lefty Andrew Miller a chance to work on his control at the 2009 Arizona Fall League.

The best-known pitcher on the Solar Sox roster is Florida lefty Andrew Miller, who struggled with his consistency in the Marlins rotation in 2009 and hopes to work on things in Arizona. Cubs fans also have a trio of pitchers to watch in recent high draft pick Andrew Cashner, lefty John Gaub and righty Blake Parker, the last two who pitched at Triple-A last season.
